Day at the City

We spent most of our time in athens 
and although is a big city, as nature lovers, 
we can always manage to find green spots 
to relax and enjoy. 
And when we do, we surely have fun!!!

FRUIT WATER

We all know the benefits of water in our bodies. Mix it with fruits and you have the new trend, the fruit water. It's easy to make and it's healthy and hydrating. Lemon, orange, apple, blueberries, citrus, cucumber, cinammon and mint are just some of the things you can use to create your own fruit-water. Just cut the fruits you want in slices, put them in a bottle, add some flavors like mint if you like, then add the water, leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (the ideal though, is to leave it for the whole night.) and it's ready. You can take some ideas from the photos below.
